The Delegation of the European Union to Vietnam is pleased to inform that a Call for Proposals to award Grants to Civil Society Organisations (reference number 183850) has been published.

Deadline for submission of concept notes and full proposals is 04 September 2025 at 12:00 Brussels time (17:00 Vietnam time).

INFORMATION SESSION

To help applicants familiarise themselves with the system before the online submission process, an online information session will be organised on 09 June 2025 at 10:00 Brussels time (15:00 Vietnam time). 

Should you be interested in taking part in this session, please send an email by 06 June 2025 to delegation-vietnam-call-for-proposals@eeas.europa.eu, indicating: name, surname, nationality, organisation and email address of the participants (max. two participants per organisation).

Please note that all questions and answers as well as other important notices to applicants during the course of the evaluation procedure will be published on the same webpage as noted above.

SUBMISSION OF QUESTIONS

Questions may be sent by e-mail no later than 21 days before the deadline for the submission of concept notes to the email address delegation-vietnam-call-for-proposals@eeas.europa.eu, indicating clearly the reference of the call for proposals.
